Boniitaa Collection proudly offers worldwide shipping. We ship orders using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS, depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.
Shipping times vary depending on your location, shipping method, carrier delays, and customs processing. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Local Pickup
For local customers, we offer pickup instead of local delivery. Pickup details and instructions will be provided after your order has been placed and confirmed.
Please wait until you receive a pickup confirmation before coming to collect your order.
Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the agreed-upon time and location.
Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, Boniitaa Collection is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Boniitaa Collection is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at boniitaacollection@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authority. These fees are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.
